Computer Forensic Examiner — Stephen Marx Testifies
Updated 10/05/11 at 09:55 AM
Stephen Marx — the forensic expert who analyzed Dr. Conrad Murray‘s iPhone — uncovered a voicemail message left by Michael Jackson‘s manager, who claims the singer had “an episode” five days before he died.
Prosecutors played the June 20th message during Marx’s testimony — in which Michael’s manager Frank DiLeo says, “I’m sure you’re aware [Michael] had an episode last night.”
It’s unclear what exactly happened the evening of June 19th, 2009 — but it’s obvious, Frank believes Michael has a drug problem, claiming, “He’s sick. I think you need to get a blood test on him. We gotta see what he’s doing.”
According to Marx, Murray was sending emails on his iPhone minutes before MJ went into cardiac arrest — showing Murray was distracted moments before the singer died.
Marx claims he also found emails on Murray’s phone that show the Murray was using different aliases for Jackson — the same aliases MJ used with Dr. Arnold Klein.
FYI … Frank DiLeo — who was slated to testify in the trial — passed away on August 24th, 2011 from complications due to heart surgery.
