Soap Hunk Sues — Movie Producer Demanded Pic of My Shlong

Filed under: Victor Alfieri, Celebrity Justice

A super good looking soap opera stud claims he’s being victimized by an obsessed female movie producer — who allegedly has it out for him because he refused to email her a pic of his “live organ.”

Victor Alfieri — who starred on “The Bold and the Beautiful” and appeared in the movie “Angels and Demons” — is also an aspiring filmmaker … and claims a female fan decided to invest in one of his projects last year.

Alfieri claims the woman, Adriana Trevino, dumped more than $150k into his movie — but it soon became clear that she wanted a sexual relationship with Alfieri as part of the package deal.

In his lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Alfieri claims Adriana would often try to get frisky with him — one time suggesting they have sex to “release some stress.”

Alfieri claims he turned her down … so “she asked that he at least email her a picture of his ‘c**k’ which she could masturbate to.”

Alfieri claims he again refused … and instead emailed her a link to a photo of a dildo — but Adriana replied that she would rather “have Alfieri’s ‘live’ organ.”

According to the suit, Adriana finally got the message … but instead of quietly moving on, she allegedly stole the footage from Victor’s movie … and refuses to give it back.

Victor claims Adriana contacted his mother who lives in Italy — and told her that they were humping … which in turn caused Victor’s mom to FREAK OUT so bad, she needed to be hospitalized.

Victor is begging a judge to force Adrana to return his footage — plus he wants unspecified monetary damages.

Robert Loggia Shoots Down ‘Scarface’ Update

Say hello to a little controversy — because Robert Loggia (that’s R, as in Robert Loggia) says he’s STRONGLY against the “Scarface” update that’s reportedly in the works.

In case you haven’t heard, Universal Pictures is rumored to have started production on a new “Scarface” project that’s being described as an “update” from the 1983 classic.

According to reports, the new movie is supposed to contain elements from the ’83 version (man becomes drug dealer, kills a bunch of people, etc.) … but it’s not a sequel or a remake.

But Loggia — who played drug lord Frank Lopez in the Al Pacino version — tells TMZ, “Scarface is a classic that should rest in peace!  Nuff said!”

He always tells the truth … even when he lies.

‘X Factor’ Contestant — Redemption Tale Includes Brushes with the Law

Simon Cowell isn’t the only judge “X Factor” contestant Chris Rene has faced in his life — TMZ has learned Rene was busted twice for drugs … before he finally found sobriety.

According to police records, Rene was busted in January 2007 for possession of a controlled substance (meth). The case was dropped in 2008 after Rene completed a diversion program.

Rene’s drug history goes all the way back to 2002. According to law enforcement sources, Rene was popped in West Hollywood in 2002 for felony possession of cocaine. That case was dismissed after he served probation.

Last week on “X Factor” … Simon put Chris through to the next round — provided he “stays on the right track.”

So far, so good.

Octomom — Kids Get Paid Little for ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ Appearance

It may have seemed like a funny bit — Octomom‘s kids working at “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last year to help her out with the mortgage — but TMZ has obtained documents that show the kids really were paid to do the show … just not very much.

According to the contracts filed with the court … Nariyah, Caleb, Elijah and Amerah (the four that appeared on the show, see below) were paid $464.00 each for the episode that aired in September 2010.

The docs state that they would each get paid $112.50 for the first two re-runs of the show, and $75 each for airings 3-5.

Octomom recently said she’s giving up the home, so it was all for naught.

Duff originally listed the 9,277 square foot, five-bedroom, six-bath Mediterranean-style home for $7 million last year … but couldn’t find a buyer.

The ginormous home comes with a cognac room, billiard room, wine cellar, game room, gym, gorgeous pool and the best feature of all … a gift-wrapping room.

It pays to be a Disney princess.

Filed under: Nik Richie, Shayne Lamas, Lorenzo Lamas, Baby Watch

— that pregnant “Bachelor” winner Shayne Lamas is going to name her kid PRESS … or that her unborn child is about sign a deal with a talent agency … from inside the womb??!?!?

TMZ has learned … Shayne and her hubby — honcho Nik Richie — are in talks with a management company called Z Group — which has made a formal offer to represent the baby … even though its still TWO MONTHS away from being born.

According to the contract, the company would get 15% of whatever the kid makes in an entertainment job … including writer, editor, performer, musician artist, etc.

As for the name — well, it’s fitting — because there’s nothing that Shayne and Nik love more than PRESS.

‘X Factor’ Contestant — My Long-Lost Son Knows I’m His Daddy!

“X Factor” contestant Chris Rene got two pieces of good news this week — he made it to the next round of the show … and his long-lost son learned Chris is his biological father.

Chris had a son six years ago named Elijah that he never knew about, who ended up in foster care. Chris and the boy were re-united four years ago, but the foster parents referred to Chris (who has another son who is 3) only as a close family friend.

But Chris — who we’re told has spent an enormous amount of time with Elijah — posted on his Facebook page today that Elijah asked his foster parents who his real dad was. The foster parents asked the boy to guess … and he guessed it was Chris.

Chris wrote, “I am so happy i can’t express my joy with words!!! I feel a new song coming though. So Blessed.”
