Russell Armstrong — Business Associate Commits Suicide 24 Hours After Hanging

Filed under: Russell Armstrong, Celebrity Justice

Russell Armstrong‘s friend and business associate committed suicide the day after Russell’s body was found hanging from a beam in his bedroom … TMZ has learned.

Alan Schram — the managing partner of Wellcap, an L.A-based hedge fund — was found on August 16 outside of his car on Mulholland Drive with a gunshot to his head.  The L.A. County Coroner concluded Schram’s death was a suicide.

Alan was connected with an exclusive group called Tiger 21 — a organization of high net-worth folk who jawbone with each other about investments … and we’re told Russell Armstrong was a member of Tiger 21, even though he was clearly having money trouble.

We’re also told they became friends, and during Russell’s memorial, Taylor and some of the other “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” were talking about how shocked they were that the two men killed themselves — possibly a day apart.

As we previously reported, Russell, who did not leave a suicide note, was in deep distress over money problems.  As for Alan, he also did not leave a note, and his money situation is unclear.

Bill Goldberg — I’m Finally Getting BACK IN THE RING!

For the first time in 7 years … Bill Goldberg is FINALLY GONNA WRESTLE AGAIN — and TMZ has learned it’s all to raise money for charity.

Goldberg — the most famous Jewish wrestler of all-time — tells us he has agreed to wrestle in a match in Africa next month and 100% of the proceeds will benefit various charitable organizations.

The former WWE champ and master of the Jackhammer tells us he’s fired up about his triumphant return … and has already stepped up his workouts so he can be as ripped as possible.

Goldberg adds,  ”At this time, the only thing that would get me
back in the ring is something that would positively impact those in
need. If selling out another major event would allow me to bring a ship
full of supplies to hand out to those in need, I’d say that would be
very significant.”

‘Fear Factor’ Crash — Stunt Gone WRONG … On Tape!

TMZ has obtained video of the massive collision that took place on the set of “Fear Factor” recently — sending one contestant to the hospital — but it could have been a lot worse … if the ambulance hadn’t arrived in record time.

As we previously reported, one of the contestants on the show was strapped to a truck for some stunt — but something got in the driver’s eyes … and he plowed into another car.

Thankfully the guy was going less than 20mph at the time — and the ambulance arrived LESS THAN A MINUTE after the accident.

The contestant was taken to the hospital — and was released hours later with no serious injuries.

Keenan Ivory Wayans — The Holiday Vacation Disaster

Filed under: Keenan Ivory Wayans, Celebrity Justice

Keenan Ivory Wayans was just ordered to pay thousands of dollars for a holiday vacation he never took … all because he blew off the fine print in the contract he signed with a travel agent.

According to court docs filed in Beverly Hills and obtained by TMZ, Wayans had booked an expensive trip to South America with a travel agency back in January … but apparently he had a change of heart.

The travel agency claims Wayans cancelled the trip AFTER the standard 14 day cancellation window — and was hit with a $5,105 penalty … but he never paid.

Now, a judge has ruled in favor of the agency — which means Wayans has to pay up. Calls to Wayans were not immediately returned.

Moral of the story — always read the fine print.
