Vinny Leaves ‘Jersey Shore’ House — FOR GOOD

Filed under: Vinny Guadagnino, Jersey Shore

Vinny Guadagnino has bailed on the “Jersey Shore” house and the show once again — but this time, we’re told it’s for good.

Sources directly connected to the cast tell TMZ … Vinny bolted from the house late last night after getting into an argument with another cast member. We’re told Vinny was feeling “burned out” and went back home to Staten Island. We have confirmed that he is at his house in Staten Island right now.

Vinny threatened to leave a few days ago, after he complained of “being homesick.” We’re told the cast was able to talk him into coming back, but that didn’t last long.

Sources connected with the show say Vinny has been a pain in the ass and no one will getting on their knees, begging him to come back.

TMZ spoke with executive producer Sally Ann Salsano, who tells us, “We do not comment on the production of the show.”

Arnold and Maria Will Split Hundreds of Millions

Filed under: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maria Shriver, Mildred Patricia Baena, Celebrity Justice, Celebrity Divorce, Dirty Divorces

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver will split around $400 million, and legally it’s supposed to be divided  up 50/50, because we know there’s no prenup.

TMZ broke the story Friday that Maria filed for divorce and the division of property is yet to be determined. Because there is no prenup, under California law, all earnings and other property acquired during the marriage is considered community property, which means a 50/50 split.

Arnold’s worth is estimated at $300 million, while Maria’s is around $100 million.  Since the couple has been married for a quarter century and it’s probably impossible to separate what they each had before they tied the knot, it’s likely the entire pot of money will be considered community property.

But here’s the twist.  This divorce will never go to trial. It is going to settle out of court, and nothing requires Arnold and Maria to agree on a 50/50 split. Typically in these cases, there’s a lot of horse trading … Maria gets this house, Arnold gets that one, etc.

Maria’s lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, and Arnold’s attorney, Bob Kaufman, will be hashing out the property settlement agreement — probably for months.

One final point.  We will never know the terms of the final property settlement agreement, because it’s going to be confidential.  Standard operating procedure for high-profile divorces.

The man who beat down Weston Cage on an L.A. street earlier this month screamed out for witnesses to call 911 … explaining that Weston is “mentally ill” … and he needed help.

TMZ obtained a copy of the 911 call, placed on June 8, in which the caller explains, “There’s a fight going on … one guy is bleeding, it looks like his nose is bleeding.”

The caller continues, “This guy holding [Weston] down … he says [Weston] is mentally ill. He’s asking for the police … send somebody!”

0612_weston_fight_video_smallTMZ broke the story … Kevin Villegas claims Nic Cage employed him to locate Weston that day … but when Kev found him, Weston allegedly greeted him with a roundhouse kick … and all hell broke loose.

After Kevin punched Weston into submission … and then restrained him for several minutes … cops eventually arrived to the scene and Weston was taken to a nearby hospital for a mental evaluation.
