Many politicians lie, but not so blatantly that it is so widely talked about by the American People.  Do you think Obama should be impeached for his lies?  If you want real change, get off the Republican/Democrat Teeter-Totter and vote for a new party, there are plenty of choices for the American people.  Vote for green, or progressive, or independent, or anyone who takes your fancy besides the Dems and Repubs!  Get together and elect a minor party to run your city, state, and federal governments if you want to see real changes!

Double talking lies, Obama. Which one is it?

More Lies?

And one more for good measure:

MANILA — Nacionalista Party (NP) presidential bet Manny Villar may face a disqualification case after giving away scholarship grants to his supporters, the poll body said Friday.

Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner Rene Sarmiento said the act may be considered vote buying, and thus violated the Omnibus Election Code (OEC).

Section 261 of the OEC states that vote buying is when a person “gives, offers or promises money or anything of value” in order to induce anyone to vote for or against any candidate. (Sun Star Cebu, 2010) [Read the rest by clicking the linked text or the link below.]

United States Secretary of State Hillary R. Clinton will be in Manila this week where she will meet President Arroyo at Malacañang .

During the meeting Clinton will discuss election issues with President Arroyo including the turnover of power in 2010  in their meeting at Malacañang on Nov. 12 and 13.  Hillary is know for her love of pancit, so I am sure that will be on the menu at the palace during her visit.

During her two-day visit to Manila, Hillary Clinton will also “hold consultations with senior Filipino officials, highlighting the US-Philippines treaty alliance,” Clinton’s spokesman Ian Kelly told reporters.

Would love to stop by to say “hey” while she is here, I really did hope she would be the next US President.

Well, the 2010 elections are just right around the bend. Less than one year to go if everything goes as planned, and the elections are scheduled to be held on May 10, 2009.

Lets see if everything goes through. Who will be our 15th president.

At this point after doing my research on the history, The Ricky Show gives its full endorsement to Bayani Fernando. Bayani not only has years of experience but during these years he has produced some great accomplishments. When he became mayor of Marikina back in 1992 he cleaned up the city, and transformed it from a 4th class municipality to a bustling and thriving model Philippine city. He was also re-elected twice and served as mayor of Marikina until 2001!
Bayani For Prez!

In 2002 Bayani was appointed the Chairman of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and still holds this office concurrently with the position of director for the Department of Public Works and Highways for the National Capital Region.

Bayani is the best bet for a better future for the Philippines!

Hope to see him elected in 2010!

Other candidates that have declared their intent to run are:
Among Eddie Panlilo, Jejomar Binay, Francis Escudero, Panfilo Lacson, Mar Roxas, Gilberto Teodoro, and Manny Villar.

Just a quick note, Among Eddie Panlilo is a Catholic Priest. The Vatican strongly opposes clergy assuming political office, but Among is already holding the role of Governor of Pampanga, though he is known to serve the public without any selfish modem.

My opinion (yes everybody has one) on that matter is that the church has no place in the political realm. After all doesn’t the Catholic Church basically grant the clergy their authority? Wouldn’t that technically mean that the Catholic Church would be running the country and Among would only be their puppet? I am not sure how all of that works, but this gives you something to ponder.

Joe and Jill Biden stopped by to say hello to Ms. Oprah Winfrey on her recent show!  Oprah is filming her show in Washington D.C. this week in order to be closer to the Inauguration action.  I have a feeling we will be seeing Barack and Michelle Obama stopping by soon as well!

Biden says while on the show:
"We go this right, him on top and me in second," Biden said of Obama. "It’s amazing how he has inspired the country."

Sounds kind of kinky if you ask me! Jill tells Oprah that she will continue teaching even though her hubby is the Vice-President of the United States of America!
