The Ricky Show! Pinoy Gossip!

This quick, versatile, and easy dish is A delicious and hearty blend of savory italian meat, herbed marinara sauce, and melted cheese!

1/2 Kilo Italian Pizza Meat (sometimes we use sliced Hungarian Sausage too)
1 Pkg Eden Melt Sarap
1 Bag Marinara Sauce (Usually 1 large or 2 normal size will do)
1 Can Mushrooms (get size based on your taste)
1 Can Black Olives (get size based on your taste)
5 Cloves chopped garlic
1 Onion finely chopped
1/2 t. Italian Seasoning (Optional)
Pinch of Course Ground Black Pepper

Mix  all ingredients except cheese together, bake in oven (or TurboBroiler) until sauce starts to bubble.  Cover with shredded cheese and bake until cheese melts and starts to brown.

Serve over pasta, rice, or italian bread.  You can also stuff this is cooked green peppers, roll in cabbage leaves and steam, or roll in tortilla shells. Ang Sarap!
