Jay Leno to stay with NBC.
Jay Jay is here to stay! Jay “The Chin” Leno will not be leaving NBC when Conan O’Brien takes over The Tonight Show in May. Why, you ask? Because NBC has cut a deal with Jay to stay with the network in a new 10pm time slot. Wow, the prime times!
Conan will be moving The Tonight Show to a new studio in California at the NBC Universal Lot, and Jay, who is known to be a workaholic, will have a three month hiatus to prepare for his new show. Now instead of competing with shows like David Letterman, Jay Leno will be competing for viewers of shows like CSI and other prime time shows!
